How do I send you information to update my website? Please follow the instructions below. Please note that if the information is not sent to us in the correct format we may have to charge you a little for our time to prepare the information so it can be posted on your website. If you have any problems or questions about sending the information please contact us.
WRITTEN INFORMATION Send information as a WORD DOCUMENT only. This is important as we may not be able to open other types of documents. Word is the most common programme used for written documents. If you don't have the word programme please send the information in the body of the email.
Format information as follows: 1. Page the information is to go on. 2. The information itself. 3. Any other notes that tell us how or where you want the information put onto the page.

Information: Place information for your website here.
Notes: Please put a link to our contact page after the information.
PHOTOS/IMAGES Please send any photos you want put onto your website as JPEG or GIF FILES. The files do not need to be large high resolution files for a website so please send us LOW RESOLUTION images. This means it won't take us a long time to download them or clog up our inbox.
Format photos as follows: 1. Please clearly LABEL or CAPTION each photo. In the label or caption please include the name or way to identify the photo and page you want the photo to appear on. For example: Brown house, homepage. 2. Tell us in the body of the email any other notes that tell us how or where you want the photo put onto the page.
